Injection molding ferrite compoundOur ferrite compound are complex materials which are bonded magnetic materials with thermoplastic resin ferrite powder are blended with thermoplastic (such as nylon6,12, PPS), antioxidant, plasticizers, and other ingredients. Continuous flow compounds are used for intensity mixing the ingredients to form compound. The compound is chopped into small granules ready for molding. BGRIMM-MAGNET ferrite compounds guarantee high magnetic properties and increased tensile strength, provide you excellent cost performance.
