Anisotropic Injection NdFeB Compound
Anisotropic NdFeB injection compound can be directly used for injection molding, which consist of Anisotropic NdFeB powders and adhesives ( PA12, PPS). High property bonded anisotropic permanent magnets can be manufactured using anisotropic NdFeB injection pellets. For special process and powder surface treatment technology, our products keep good flow property during injection molding process. Moreover, the magnets have good magnetic properties.
Anisotropic NdFeB magnets have high magnetic properties ( one time higher than isotropic MQ magnets). It can substitute ferrite and isotropic NdFeB magnets in many fields. These substitutions not only promote miniaturization and lightweight of apparatus, but also improve motor properties and reduce costs of manufacture.
