注射成型用铁氧体粒料
铁氧体注射粒料的主要成份为铁氧体磁粉和各种热塑性树脂(例如尼龙),以及少量的抗氧化剂、增塑剂等,各种材料通过强力混合机连续混炼均匀、然后切粒制成。注射成型用铁氧体粒料具有优良的磁性能、机械强度和较高性价比。可用于制造激光打印复印磁辊、多极马达转子、磁瓦等复杂形状的永磁器件。
